Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be taken at checkout. If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, less any applicable consultation fee that may be stated at the time of purchase.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked postal services to UK addresses only.
Delivery times may be affected by postal delays, bank holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once the parcel has been dispatched.
All medication is sent in discreet, appropriately labelled packaging in line with GPhC standards.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
If a clinician determines that treatment is unsuitable for you, a full refund of the medication cost will be issued.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing your healthcare service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
